*NOTE: Some map apps show this address as North Lichtenberger Park, which is soccer fields and NOT the right location. South Lichtenberger Park is located at the corner of Kilconnell Drive and Hutton Drive in Elk Grove.
Depending on site availability, we will meet at one of two covered picnic table locations or in a shaded area on the grass. See attached map for more details! ***If you have a lawn/camp chair, please bring it for yourself, in case we are unable to secure a covered picnic table spot.

This meeting is for people who live in Elk Grove and those who live in nearby areas and spend time in Elk Grove. Whether for work, recreation, shopping, dining, medical visits, socializing, or other reasons, if you come to Elk Grove and are concerned about the Flock automated license plate readers (ALPRs) that track your movements while you are here, join us to learn how to get this government mass surveillance OUT of our community.
Note: We have not invited city staff, city councilmembers, the mayor, or police and sheriff representatives. We are also requesting that members of the press do not attend.
